By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site.

1. About Auntie Scam

Auntie Scam provides educational content, resources, and products related to scam awareness, fraud prevention, and consumer protection. Information provided on this Site is for general informational purposes only and should not be considered legal, financial, or professional advice.

2. Eligibility and Use of the Site

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you will use the Site in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Payments are processed through Squarespace Payments and its third-party providers, including Stripe and Sift. We do not store your full payment information. Your payment is subject to the terms and privacy policies of these providers.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability issues.

5. Digital Products and Fulfillment

If you purchase digital products (such as downloadable content or online resources), access may be provided immediately after purchase. All digital sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

For physical products, shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control.

6. Refunds and Returns

Refund and return policies, if applicable, will be disclosed at the time of purchase or on the relevant product page. Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Venue and Jurisdiction
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the Province of Ontario, Canada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
